Everything was great, me being that I’m wheelchair bound it was very important to me that the property was wheelchair friendly right from the parking lot to the room. I was very happy with my stay because I was able to wheel myself up the side walk and directly into the front entrance where I was greeted and booked in without any issues. It was also helpful that I reserved my room in advance so I didn’t have any issues with my stay. The room was wheelchair friendly I was surprised to see how open and spacious the bathroom was and how convenient it was for me to roll under the sink to wash my hands with ease. We helped ourselves to some amazing breakfast and dark brew coffee and went happily on our way back home.

Everything was good; pleasant service personnel tried to do their best to maintain the property in good, clean condition; we had a hot breakfast every day throughout our five days of stay. What would like to note, is that regardless of whether it was a regular weekday or the weekend, unlike some other hotels I/we prior stayed with, in this hotel breakfast always started as early as 6:00 AM; that was very important for us since the events we visited Portland for, had been scheduled early in the morning, and we had to make it on time to have a good hot breakfast before to leave the hotel around at 6:30 AM for the events to get ready, and be in great shape throughout the day.

Clean, well appointed and helpful staff. I arrived super early. Front desk held my bags, suggested restaurants, and checked me in an hour early. Room and sheets were clean, soft, and fresh. Breakfast had plenty of options, but they do need to stock condiments better.
