The hotel is very outdated and in need of renovation but the staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were orderly and clean, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was in good order, the water pressure was amazing, and breakfast was one of the best I’ve had for a hotel breakfast buffet. We will happily come back again.

Place was very convenient and easily accessible from freeway. Staff was rude when she saw I had made a reservation through Expedia. Put me on the top floor at the furthest from the elevator. Room was clean. Curtains were torn. Limited TV. Channels.

Overall, the hotel, lobby, and common areas felt a bit dated, but the room itself was clean, which was the most important thing to us. One thing to note is that the walk from the lobby to the elevators is fairly long, which could be challenging for guests with mobility issues. However, there are accessible parking spaces located near an exterior entrance with convenient access to the elevators. A major plus was that we didn't hear any traffic noise from I-5, despite the hotel's location. Considering the price compared to other nearby hotels, it was a good value, and I will most likely stay here again if we are in the area.

The staff were particularly helpful and friendly. The front desk staff, as well as the breakfast buffet staff went above and beyond to make us welcomed and comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the rooms were quiet and nice. There was no microwave in our room which it turned out we didn't need anyway.
