“Overall, our stay was fine, but there were a few disappointing issues, especially considering the room cost around $300 per night. The room could have been cleaner upon arrival. There was hair left in the bathroom drain, no tissues stocked in the bathroom, and the mattress had a strange stain near the bedside table. The biggest issue, however, was the lighting. Our second floor room overlooked the exterior lights that illuminate the building. When we mentioned it to the front desk, we were told...
