This is the second time that my husband and I have been to this resort. We especially love how quiet it is and relaxing. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Leslie at the front desk was excellent. Every night they lit a fire pit right by the water edge. The swimming pool was clean and they had two new cabanas to sit in this year. Thursday night there was a live band on the property. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We will definitely be back next year.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff would be a reason to stay at the lodge even without being lakefront. Another positive is the size of the porch with rocking chairs facing the lake. Also an abundance of seating on the oversized dock, plus alot of seating on the lawn. The overall rating of 4 of 5 is due to some of the room maintenance has been deferred or done to a lower standard of work.

Nice setting. Just be aware if you get one of the double bed rooms the sleeping area is very small. It’s an older motel, and the walls are thin. On the plus side, the property is well maintained and right on the lake. The fire pit is great. Other rooms may be bigger, and they offer glamping. Coffee and muffins in the morning are good. If you want a bigger breakfast you will have to go elsewhere.

We had never been to this area and knew nothing about this property, but decided to take a chance and boy were we impressed! From the clean room, to the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the mouth watering freshly baked muffins every morning, Plum Point Lodge delivers! Nestled on the western shore of Seneca Lake, this lodge is a bit older but very well maintained. You will not be disappointed!

Plum Point is an absolute paradise. We enjoyed the scenery, food, and drinks. the facility was awesome. our room was wonderful. We will definately be coming back. our only regret is not bringing our dogs. they would have absolutely loved it. It is the type of place where you feel forgotten by the crazy world. I would (and will) recommend to all but kinda want to keep it a secret for myself.

The room itself was rather plain. More like a motel. But it is right on the lake and if the weather is nice you can walk out to the dock. Lovely location and super friendly and helpful staff.

OMG. What a wonderful stay. Room top notch. Wonderful bed. Great bathroom. And the views! Sit down by the lake just a short walk away. Or just look at it from your balcony. Coffee and muffin in the morning while sitting on the deck overlooking the lake. A surprised reggae concert on our last night of our stay. The general manager did a wonderful job. And don’t forget the fire pit every night. Highly recommended.

We decided to stay at Plum Point before the holiday rush and were glad we did. Our room was great. Beautiful views of the dock and lake. We ate at the restaurant, Sapalta, every night and the food was good. Tianna was our server most nights, and she was friendly and helpful. My partner fishes and brought his small motorboat and was able to launch it and dock it for a couple of days, which was perfect. Everyone on the staff was friendly and welcoming. I'd definitely stay there again. The entire property is gorgeous and they've got a great spot on the lake.

Place was nice and cozy. Only thing I would say is they need new pillows, our were so flat. Also, the outside lights need to dim or go off at a certain time. Lights shine right into the bed. Other then that it was very nice and clean. So close to the lake!
