Have to request if you want the 3rd queen bed set up which is not stated anywhere on booking site. According to the email I received back when I complained you have to request the extra bed and linen which is charged on the guidebook form but I rechecked the form and there is nowhere to request this. One of my children had to sleep on...

“The property was perfectly set up and very thoughtful in what you would need and more. Very clean to the highest standard. We stayed for 8 nights and couldn’t ask for anything else. Central, easily accessible by foot or tram or Uber. We will definitely stay again and tell all our friends.”
