All of the staff were really nice and they gave me a room away from the elevator, which was nice, but the bed was lumpy and too soft and the pillows were not supportive at all, so it was as if you had no pillow. We did not get good sleep for 2 nights because of it and woke up with sore necks. The coffee maker made cold coffee so I had to get some from the first floor already made.
