The hotel staff were very helpful, I’ve asked for extra coffee and bottled water to bring in to the hotel room. The rooms were clean with modern furniture, newer and large TV. Parking can get hard to find in the evening.

Its our in the open greenery and the air conditioner was working when we arrived on a hot day which was excellent. The Sink in the bathroom was clogged and wasn't draining. It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room

We often stay at the Silver Reef. In all the visits I have never been unhappy with the resort. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable. The casino has always been very well maintained.
