“Amazing place”

“Muy cómodo, amplio y limpio ”

“There was no hot water. Noisy until late.”

“An attractive historical building in a great location with a very good price compared to other places in Brisbane. The room I had was well furnished with a television and a fridge. There was a balcony too although not much of a view. Although the front desk wasn't serviced 24 hours a day, they did have an intercom next to the front which you can call and they had keys in a safebox above the intercom. This is something ALL hotels should be doing if they don't have their reception desk open late...

“Good parking, location suited our needs. The shower head & water pressure weren’t great but overall not too bad”

“The apartment wasn’t properly cleaned, with dirty carpets, stains on the lounge, mould and old soap in the bathroom, and rubbish/stuff under the couch. Both bathroom doors didn’t lock, a window latch was broken, the dryer didn’t work, requested drying rack never got a response. No cups or mugs in the apartment. We requested a partial refund due to the issues, but this was declined. Wouldn’t stay here again.”

“Owner is so horrible for no reason, she needs to go learn some customer service skills, manners and basic respect. Have no clue what makes her thinks she can talk to people this way”

“Really good value for money. Very clean & tidy. Would definitely recommend.”

“Super mooi appartement! Prachtige uitzicht. En echt op een hele centrale locatie. Enige minpunt was dat de lakens vlekken hadden. Verder super mooi”

“Lovely, quiet clean room and shared facilities with onsite parking. Easy to access public transport if needed and close to local shops, hospital and university. Thank you for the lovely stay.”

“Staff were fine.”

“Amazing staff, beautiful rooftop views, spacious rooms, easy free parking. I would recommend posting signs requiring guests to clean up after partying. Each morning the staff would pickup rubbish and empty bottles and cans. Yes, the hostal have rubbish and recycling bins easily accessible, yet some guests failed to use them”

“HORRIBLE!!! Do not book!!!! Never in my life experienced such a terrible situation. Made a booking on the day I needed the stay. Arrived a 9 ish to check in and was told by the owner Sam that he did not have my booking and did not want to see my confirmation email (plus one asking about how my check in was?) and said that he only gets the information from hotels.com 24 hours after the booking is made on their website, so I could not use my booking and that he was fully booked. He told me to call...

“Wonderful northerly and eastern views toward Story Bridge and beyond. Keys and parking easily accessed. Ideal location for river walks, eateries, markets in the Botanic Gardens. Lifts were fast and no wait with direct access to car. Would happily stay again.”
