“We stayed here this past weekend and were beyond impressed! The motel was exceptionally clean, the front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of. You can truly tell they take pride in this place. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay and would absolutely return! The beds and pillows were extremely comfy too :)”

“There was no staff on location when we arrived at 8:00 PM.
The advertised Restaurant/Lounge was closed, no longer in business.
The place was dark and looked abandoned with the exception of some lights over a small section of 4 or 5 rooms. The exterior building photos on line do not match the reality of this run-down motel. We never gained access to our room and left.
BEWARE!”

Since I didn't want to be extorted I left and had to find another hotel in rural PA to spend the night. As a woman travelling alone this was not a pleasant experience and I believe hotels.com should remove this property from their listings for this unethical...

“The facility wasn’t even open it’s up for sale had to scramble for alternative housing I think your company needs to dig deeper into these issues prior to person’s arrival”

“Very expensive for what it is. Rooms have no separation from the bar area and had people running and screaming down the halls at midnight. No staff onsite to assist and no response when we reached out the next day. Disappointing, a beautiful area but for the price of a nice hotel with the experience of a poorly run hostel. ”
