Great resort with many amenities. Problem is most of the amenities don’t open until noon and close as early as 7 PM like the main pool on the weekend. Most of the staff are super friendly. Our kids had a great time.

Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Staff were pleasant and informative. Accommodations missed the mark; outdated; unit door did not close well; bottom was rusted and open to the hallway. Ashtrays outside main resort unit entrances were overflowing, cobwebs and old wasp nests not cleared away. Headboards of both beds were not cleaned from prior guest use.

The staff was nice in the restart. But the room was outdated! There was only one lock that you opened with a key.. no se ure lock on door and the door did not close tightly! Noisy.. when I told the front desk they just said the new owner is making repairs. I asked her would you want to stay in a room that didn't have secure locks on it. She shrugged her shoulders. I told her I was going to fight payment. I asked for a discount and she just looked at e like I have 2 heads. Very disappointing

It was obvious that they were trying to revive the timeshare business against the hotel. Food was great. They need to get a system to control air conditioning. You should not be cold all the time. Definitely need hire front desk staff at hotel frontdedk

The hotel needs a complete remodeling. For $300+ a night, I was expecting a nice modern hotel. Our door didn’t even stay closed. The toilet was so old. The beds were old and squeaky. The pool closed at 5pm. The shops weren’t open late. The parking was horrible. A lot could be upgraded. Our room was clean though.

The stay at the resort was very enjoyable. If you book through Orbitz, please call the property and make sure they got your reservation. They had not received ours, but fortunately had a room for us. The room was very large and clean. The whole resort needs a general make-over, as the facility is a bit dated and used (wallpapers, paints, windows, door locks, showers, etc.), but you can see that this hotel still has a lot of prestige. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with an omelette station, eggs, bacon etc. and very friendly and helpful waiters in the restaurant. Happy with our one-night stay. We would come back, should we go back to this area!

My husband and I stayed here for 1 night, wish we had stayed longer! Hotel was so much fun, most of the staff were friendly with the 1 exception in the 2nd floor bar. The bartender was rude and made an absolutely horrible drink (vodka was horrible), we tried to tell him but he wouldn't even look at us even though there was no one else there besides a co-worker of his. We wanted to go the the sports bar but never made it. The indoor pool was great and the lifeguard on duty was very friendly and informative! Can't wait to go back! We won't let 1 bad employee ruin this review - there is always 1 bad apple in the bunch...

Nice, but….

Our kids always have a great time here, but the place needs an upgrade. Twice I have been in the hotel room and it has such a musty smell that my affects my allergies. They try to cover it up with a ton of spray which is also awful. Check-in took forever too. But it is a place where the kids have happy memories, just needs an upgrade.

We did enjoy and we have been here several times but def needs some upgrades especially arcade and prizes! It was kids week (presidents week) wish there was some more free activites and kid friendly movies day we were their it was Oppenheimer both 10am and 9pm! Pool was great thw inflatables and soccer room great the dining room staff wonderful!!
