“The Staff was very helpful and provided excellent customer service.”

“NO RECOMENDABLE Y MUCHO OJO CON PAGOS OCULTOS O PUBLICIDAD ENGAÑOSA.”

“Nice”

“Easy to find and walking distance from station, and to stadium okay. Room and bathroom clean, nice we had two fans as heatwave! Rang as we had not received codes etc to get in but sent straight away. Furniture bit old but fine for 1/2 night stay and good price .”

“Friendly welcome and lovely room. Lots of cosmetic work being done. The continental breakfast didn't really exist - I spotted some cornflakes but no milk. And some tea bags but no kettle.”

“I had a booking reserved with a pay for the stay on arrival, apparently after waiting over an hour this option was not available and they cancelled my booking. Left stranded in London trying to find somewhere else on a busy Saturday afternoon. Would never recommend trying to stay there. Booked through hotels. Com, they were not helpful either”

“The property is quaint/unusual. Not easily seen from the road if arriving in the dark. Provisions given in the room and the landing were excellent and fabulous location for Stansted airport. However, on opening the front door noted that the hall carpet was slightly worn and the room allocated had a shower in the room rather than the bathroom. Otherwise very comfortable stay and would book again, but request a room with a definite bathroom.”

“There is a need to be very carefull when describing accomodation as Boutique.Hamiltons is an excellent place to stay very comfortable, clean and a tasty big British Breakfast.Boutique usually has very big towels, dressing gowns to use with the option to buy them,DVD player, fridge in the room and many more extras.Best to describe Hamiltons as Boutique style accommodation.”

“The property was very clean near public transport and new but check in wasn’t easy the host was unresponsive we had to wait for an hour for the key and and we . Bad furniture i almost broke my back”
