“Horrible Hotel!!! la habitación era para tres personas, pero justo cabía una. el baño fatal, tenía la luz dañada, todo muy estrecho, sin aire acondicionado, las ventanas de la habitación eran pequeñas, subimos 3 pisos con maletas y sin ascensor. En definitiva es uno de los peores hoteles en los que me he hospedado. Tuvimos que cancelar la misma noche (sin devolución de dinero) y correr para otro hotel.”

“The accommodation we had was a triple room with 3 single beds. It was a reasonable size and had a fridge and a kettle with tea and coffee provided. The beds were comfortable and the linen and towels provided were very clean. The staff were polite and friendly and when any request was made they acted immediately or as soon as they could. The parking was free although the area was small and would hold probably 4 cars. Kathleen House was approximately 10 minutes walk from Enfield Town Station where...

“El alojamiento tiene muchísima humedad, moho en la ducha... La cocina está muy sucia, la comida allá tú si la comes... En fin un horror. Dormimos una noche porque no nos quedaba otra.. pero las 2 noches restantes buscamos otro hotel volviendo a pagar ya que city Lodge no quiso reembolsar las noches no utilizadas..”

“It was ok there but there was no tv in room so I would not be going there again I had to keep my self busy and go to Stratford town it not what I wanted to do I want to relax tv time in the room as I was going to see west ham stadium to see take that”

“A very cute place to stay in a lovely market town. Parking nearby (free on Sundays and overnight). Access to the rooms, due to the nature of the historic building, is not the easiest (uneven floors, narrow corridors and stairs). The room was absolutely lovely though; the bed was comfortable with quality bedlinen and pillows. The breakfast buffet was welcome - a small table and chair would have been welcome.
