“Hotel limpio excelente atención y muy buena ubicación”

“I expected more from this Best Western. The hotel does not quite match what is advertised or what i would expect from the brand. The breakfast was acceptable but not very good. They serve powdered eggs, which were not particularly enjoyable. During our stay, we even saw a cockroach in the lobby. At checkout, we informed the front desk staff, but they did not seem very concerned or reactive to the comment. The air conditioning filter in the room was also dirty and could use proper maintenance....

“La habitación tenía sábanas limpias, pero estaba en malas condiciones, paredes y cortinas sucias y el resto de los huéspedes deja mucho que desear, hubo una pelea en el corredor, amanecen botellas de alcohol en el estacionamiento.”
