Ideal if you’re on a budget.

Location is ideal for discovering Washington DC. The hotel is very dated and in need of a refurbishment, but it is what is expected for the price.

This is an older, comfortable hotel. Easy walk up and has an elevator. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff.

Room was simple, clean and adequate. Internet wasn’t working but we got a small refund which illustrated the staff’s willingness to accommodate. The fan/AC was very noisy. A couple little bathroom towel racks would have been nice. The neighborhood was jumping fun with great restaurants and proximity many of the city’s best known offerings. Excellent stay for those on a budget who don’t care about amenities.

Great hotel in a fantastic location!

Stayed here for 4 nights. It’s in the perfect location for exploring DC. It’s not a shiny modern hotel but that’s reflected in the price. Very clean room with room service every day, a super comfy bed and surprisingly good shower! I loved my stay here and would definitely stay here again.

Older property as described, but immaculate! Quiet even though I was in the first room by the entrance. Would definitely stay again. Only suggestion for improvement of the room wouid be to get a 2-3inch foam topper for the bed. Great location, too!

Satisfactory! Room: Pros - it was clean, but the bedding was very clean. Cons - the AC turned on and off and made loud sound that was not comfortable during sleeping. Bathroom: Pros - pristine clean, very laundered clean towels. Cons - facial soap was provided but no bodywash. I asked a staff member, but she checked and said that's all that they have got. Reception: No welcoming exchange of pleasantry from the staff appearing as lackluster.

The front desk's guidance regarding street parking resulted in $200.00 in parking and towing fees. Given the circumstances of rush hour and no-parking restrictions, who will be responsible for these incurred costs? It is imperative that I receive accurate information regarding parking regulations to avoid future incidents.
