“Great parking. Near to the city. Easy check in and very welcoming but our room was tired and the bathroom was not very clean. The bedding and towels were clean but I thought that one pillow per person wasn’t sufficient. Biscuits in the room was a nice touch.”

“The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and tidy and had more than could be expected.”

“Old fashioned property with heaps of charm. Big room and easy check in”

“Worst so called hotel ever, wouldn’t deem it fit for prisoners. Firstly took over an hour to access as there’s no staff on site despite claims there is staff. Smashed tv with broken glass, kettle didn’t work and kept switching off,no smoke alarm, huge crack in the outside pane of the window, hole in the bathroom door, the room was beyond freezing, shower didn’t work, uncomfortable bed full of springs, pillows paper thin, and no proper duvet just a paper thin shiny sheet. When staff did come in the...

“Clean room, perfect for our overnight stay .”

“Acceptable accommodation for a short break and good location from which to explore North Norfolk. Banged my head on low hanging ceiling lights a dozen times in two days, fortunately no damage done. There is definitely room for improvement but wouldn’t want to complain too much as I think hosts are trying to make the best of a less than perfect situation.”

“Generally clean and presentable good location and warm, bed comfy just noisy - needs a bit of tlc and could be really very good!”

“Nice quiet flat, very close to beach with street parking. Good amenities and comfortable bed. Would stay again”

“Great location. It was ideal for what we needed it for. We found it hadn't really been cleaned properly. Bits of chedder crisps left underneath the side table . We had to wash up most of the bowls and saucepans before use as had dried bits of food on them. My son dropped a small toy that rolled just under the bed in the main bedroom, it was filthy under there. Think they do the bare minimum clean between each guests. ”

“The accommodation was lovely, clean and spacious. It was the perfect location and the access to the hot tub was a brilliant addition.”

“A very quiet and secluded lodge, equipped with everything you could need for a stay. It is a proper home from home. The owner, Juliet, met us on arrival and made sure everything was ok and even left us some welcome gifts. We only had a very brief 2-night stay but using this lodge as our base was perfect. I have only marked down the comfort by 1 star as the mattress was a little firmer than we like - but obviously this is just a personal preference and should not detract from the overall stay at...

“There aren't really any minus points here at all. One small one for me was my disability so the sofa area was a bit low for me but this place (and I'm always reluctant to let everyone know when I find a diamond place to stay) was otherwise perfect. Obviously big enough for a family of four as the second bedroom has bunk beds . Nice little bit of front patio and table and outside table and chairs already there for you. Used to holiday in this area as a kid and there's enough arcades with walking...
