“Place is just ok. A bit run down. For the price there are much better options just down the road in Baddeck.”

“The cabin description was a little misleading. We weren’t sure if we were staying in a camper or a cabin. We were told it sleeps 5. There was only one bedroom so I slept on the couch and let my friend have the bed. It was very very used and not comfortable anyway, I think I got the better night sleep. It could really use a coat of paint inside, and a curtain in the door so people couldn’t see in. We used a towel there at nighttime. There were spiders in the ice maker, but it was clean,...

“Thé friendliness of the staff , the great location and the excellent in house restaurant made this a very enjoyable place to stay.”

“Great view clean and cozy room”

“Excelente lugar, limpio y muy bien ubicado.”

“Ruth and Herman made us feel welcome as soon as we walked in the door! This place is beautiful!! The leaves were stunning. The rooms were comfortable and had nice touches like bowls and plates. And glasses and ceramic mugs for coffee. We didn’t get to eat at the restaurant bc it was closed but if we go back we definitely will. It is homey and Ruth was baking homemade bread as we checked out. She was so accommodating in every way. Very kind and helpful. The stream behind the cabin is breath...

“Terri (and Ralphie the cat) were exceptional. It felt like a true farm experience. We loved everything. The breakfast was excellent and mainly from the farm, Terri is so kind and always quick with a joke. And we wrre glad we rememebred our rubber boots. Terri gave us an amazing tour of the farm and meeting the animals. ”
