“The room, whilst relatively clean was in poor condition. The blind in the bedroom was broken and wouldn’t go down to shut out the light, one of the latches to the windows was broken and let noise and cold air in through the resulting gap, the bathroom cabinet door was broken, the dishwasher leaked all over the floor, there was no plug for the kitchen sink, there was no ironing board, there was no hairdryer (this had to be requested).”

“Overall the room was tidy and presentable. Some minor concerns include the trash cans were in need of replacing .. one of them had a broken lid when operating. There was very little to no hand wash over the vanity and the box of tissues was nearly empty. The grout in the tiles and seal in the shower need a thorough scrub with ‘ exit mould’. Not appealing to look at. Once you get the hang of the carpark and its location ( not attracted to the accomodation)…. it is fine. Only a few spaces … so...

“Overall a great stay - the only downside was the missed amenities for the third person despite booking for three people (no dressing gown, slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste etc).”
