Clean rooms, the hallway at the entrance has an animal urine smell. The motel was bought out and the new owners are constantly updating and working on the rooms. The rooms were great for the price and location.

Love staying here !! Definately the place to be whilst in melbourne. High level of service and the overall quality of the stay from the room to the cafe downstairs is just great. After hours check in for people who are arriving late and they are flexible in case you need to extend or a specific of your stay changes. Couldnt recommend more

Clean room, welcoming staff and nearby to venues and public transport. Only issue was Executive King Suite bathroom pictures is only in 1 room. Bathroom provided was same as general room, which I would have instead booked had I known. Otherwise perfect stay.
