I loved the location and comfy spacious apartment at a reasonable rate. Bed and Linen were really good and kitchen facilities also great but not much cookware to cook with (so I let them know on checking out). I was initially told I could check in early but the reception was closed and I couldn’t raise anyone on the contact no. provided so early check in didn’t happen which was a shame. Lucky the Adars reception was open and they were very helpful in offering to store my bags.

I stayed in this property several years ago. Location is great. However it would appear nothing has been done to maintain it in around 7 years. It’s extremely tired. While the rooms were clean there were no forks in the cutlery drawer, the fridge needed rebalancing, there was one mug and one cup in the cupboard. Scissors were left filthy and unusable. There was no ordinary tea bags supplied and when requested only Earl Grey was added to not the black tea I asked for. The soap dispenser kept falling off the wall for no apparent reason. The shower was great but over the bath and at 76 it was difficult for me to get out of. I requested a car park several days in advance of my stay and didn’t get confirmation until I was driving to the property. I never saw the Manager, he appeared to be permanently off-site.

After booking this accommodation I read a number of very ordinary reviews so approached my stay here with a little trepidation. I am very pleased to say that I could not be more impressed with both the accommodations and the assistance I received from the staff who were helpful, polite and more importantly proactive about ensuring my stay was as good as it could be. I will be coming back in the very near future. Well done to the team at Richmond Central and Arcarda.

Overall fairly central to everything, service was friendly. Apartment has everything you need, washer, dryer, kitchen with fridge, oven and dishwasher. Unfortunately it wasn't very clean, especially the shower
