Stayed on Xmas night - comms to get into the property were not the best to start but a conversation with the very helpful Bianca (I believe?) was great, and good instructions did arrive before I turned up to stay. Everything was perfect and the apartment was larger than we expected! Really modern with full kitchen and generally clean, one bed was a bit hard but I slept on the other side and I didn’t have a problem 👍 Received texts about how to check in and it was very easy! TV in the main area wasn't connected and the remote for the bedroom TV had no batteries. No welcome letter or detials for the WiFi, I did arrive after hours that process works well and is seamless. No staff around only staff from Adara who weren't very helpful. Room was fine, clean enough and bed was comfortable. I'd most likely stay again as I want to do a AFL weekend during the season and its nice and close to the G and ammendaties in the area.

There was a lot of both red and black mould in the shower bay. Easy enough to remove. Just hadn't been done for a while. Loved the balcony. Bed was comfortable. 1 reading light was hanging loose. It did feel a bit 'tired' but it suited my one short stay close to the Epworth.
