“The spa pool was incredible 😊”

“Very tidy and conveniently located property.”

“The shared accommodation was atrocious, room was nasty and not well maintained, walls and floor were dirty. Room needs to be renovated so they'll take pride in keeping it clean. I definitely will not be back nor will I recommend that room to anyone”

“Shower was overflowing told staff must have clogged pipes was told ok nothing was done told them walking through water didn’t bother them that 20mm of water had been sitting in there whole 2 days on leaving told them water still all around toilet they just said be sorted today told him a bit late I’m leaving also told them no hot water in kitchen sink tried to see if it’s due to gas so turned on off several times and still nothing very frustrating and a waste of my money for two nights”

“The staff were very nice and helpful. This rating is based on getting what you pay for. In that context, the weeknight tariff was good value. It was clean and comfy. However, in line with other comments the property is well past its best in terms of condition. Somewhat rundown is apt. It suited us for an overnight late arrival/early departure but we would not stay longer. It is not too soundproof, Decor is old and gloomy. Curtains are ill fitting letting in light. “The place was spotless, the location ideal.”

“Very clean. Nice staff. Needs air con, only had a fan. They also have a no alcohol policy that is not advertised anywhere.”

“Enjoyed our stay 10/10 and highly recommend this to anyone looking for somewhere to stay. Thank you”

“Room was okay, even though from the outside it looks like you expect the chalk outlines of bodies. The water pressure is non existent. Worst of all there was an electrical relay switch that I could hear all night go off every couple of minutes. Spend a few extra dollars and go somewhere better, I wish i had.”

“Good”

“We stayed a couple of nights. Our room wasn’t Service so had to reuse our wet towels from the day before mould on the shower curtains thermal heated swimming pool wasn’t heated. Had to climb into bath to have a shower very slippery from not cleaning room service..no separate shower. TV signal kept dropping out so could not watch any TV. Mattress very worn … very disappointing for the cost we paid would not recommend this motel….”

“Do not waste time in booking this motel. The place is run down, dirty, mouldy and smelly. We booked and paid for a 2brm unit. The moment we opened the door the smell just got us. They had sprayed so much spray to try and mask the smell of the room, it was dreadful. The first night I could not sleep, my chest felt wheezy. The sofa which turns into a bed was broken and the fake leather was all split. When folded out there was old food and rubbish. The cleaners definitely do not clean. The...
