A lovely hotel, room was spacious and very clean with all the amenities you need, parking was plentiful, the staff are welcoming and a nice surprise was the huge spa bath/pool in our room which was used several times absolute heaven! Hotel is close to everything, walking distance to the restaurants, supermarket, bars etc. We would definitely stay here again!

The staff were exceptionally warm, friendly, and accommodating throughout our entire visit. ​The amenities were great, and after long days exploring Rotorua, the super comfortable beds made for a perfect night's sleep for the whole family. Excellent service all around. We can’t wait to return on our next trip!

1 night stay after spending the day on the lake with a JetSki, the room was exactly what we needed with the inroom spa, clean and comfortable, lady at the reception was super friendly and welcoming and made no fuss when I asked if I could park the ute towing the JetSki needing to take up 3 car park lanes. Would stay again.

Hands down the best customer service! Property was super clean and modern. Only downfall I have to mention is the bed was very firm, maybe adding some kind of topper to mattress would help. Other than that this place was absolutely gorgeous. The house cleaners do a wonderful job and are friendly. The lady in reception I could not fault, great customer service.

We had booked a B&B and when we got there it was the most disgusting place we’ve ever been so we cancelled it and came straight here last minute, was absolutely spotless. Rooms have been renovated, beds are brand-new and was super quiet. Staff are lovely. could not complain about anything. We are coming back to Rotorua and we are going to stay here again.
