“I reserved a king size bed with a lake view for oct 22. Check in went smoothly, but upon entering my room the assigned me I find 2 individual beds plus a bunk bed. Long story short they said the system was showing different dates than Expedia, they put me in a room were the phone didn't work no appliance was plugged in I had queen bed and only had buildings for my view and was still charged the same amount.”
