This is a great hotel for families especially!! Very spacious and love the full kitchen. Breakfast included was very nice and had plenty of options every day. The staff were pleasant and helpful when questions arose. I would absolutely return to his hotel again when I visit to Chicago.

This was my boyfriend's first time in Chicago. He is very hard to please. He had no complaints. The location is absolutely PERFECT! I have MS and use walking aides. I was able to walk from the hotel to Giordano's and back.

Although very clean, the hotel itself is a little dated. The elevators, hallways, some of the painting and ceilings, etc. could use some updating. However, the rooms are enormous, and so comfortable for a family – especially after spending the day touring Chicago! Additionally, the kitchen space is phenomenal!
