“I would like to say that the facilities are very deteriorated, the breakfast is not that I expect a buffet, but I expected a little more, also when I booked I did it for two people and rented a room with sofa bed and the sofa bed is very deteriorated, the mattress is dirty and without the covers to sleep on it, the ice machine was not working, in short I think if I have to travel again in Syracuse NY I would not stay here again. ”

“Friendly staff and a very clean hotel and rooms. Great location, less than 10 minutes from Destiny mall. Would stay there again anytime.”

“No coffee in room, available for purchase in lobby. Shower door kept sliding open, couldn’t be securely closed; desk agent explained that this new hotel foundation was settling. Only stayed one night, though, so all good.”

“Todo limpio, el personal es super amable! Todos con los que tuve contacto.”

“Buena ubicación, habitación cómoda y amplia. Buen servicio. El proceso de check in y check out fue rápido.”
