“As a budget hotel option, the room was spacious, clean and functional and bed was comfortable. Room decor was a little tired perhaps but it met my needs sufficiently for one night. Tea and coffee included in the room. The air con didn't seem to work (fortunately this wasn't an issue) and no plug/USB socket directly next to the bed which would have been helpful. Bathroom a bit dated, also the communal stairwell area needs some refurbishment, but this had minimal impact on my stay. Plenty of...

“I was pleasantly surprised when I got into my room and found that it was very clean and had enough room to have a comfortable stay. The beds were really good, enough pillows so I didn't need to ask for more like other places I've stayed in. Great view of the Tower. The lift was a godsend due to my mobility issues. I can't speak highly enough of the family who run the hotel as if you are staying in their home. As a solo guest I was treated like a part of the family, which was amazing. I would...
