A chance conversation outside of a building turned into the discovery of a gem of a place. Newly refurbished and opened on the day I had that encounter with Dave, the manager. The room was spotless with a very comfortable bed. Already looking forward to my next visit.

Cons. No bar at the moment or anything to do inside hotel. No lift and had to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Very loud environment outside all night but to be expected on the seaside hotel. Pros. Polite and great guy very clean room and had smart TV. Window view was amazing as u can see the a view of the beach. Doors had great security and felt safe leaving my belongings there at ease. Would love to visit again when the bar is up and running because its very convenient place, next to beach and shops and food +++ the owner is a great guy and very helpful.

Thank you for our perfect stay the hotel is so clean and well looked after infact it was posh we stopped in the famliy room with an amazing sea view bedding was lovely and fresh fresh towles were plenty perfect famliy stay cant think of anything at all negative to say will 100% be back hear for sure lovely modern room and hotel credit to the managment 10 out of 10 cant wait to stop hear again perfect stay the best hotel we have ever stoped at in blackpool thank you so much for our stay

New place currently being refurbished so a couple of very minor teething issues. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Im not sure an alcohol free venue on the prom will appeal to many of Blackpools visitors though.

Great property and not far frim south pier staff were great pleasant and helpfull room was spotless with nice rain shower very quiet even though on main street would highly recomend there is ongoing work to make a eating place down stairs which would be great we will be back
