Room wasn’t as advertised. Basic room with bathroom NOT. Sink in bedroom cold water only. Not clean had a funny smell Owner said penthouse well if that’s what it was then horrible 1 cup and kettle for 2 of us no tea coffee milk or sugar. Shared bathroom was unclean Staff seemed friendly but as soon as checked in disappeared. Shops nearby some were open. Location good 5/10 min walk away from beach. Stayed 10 minutes then left

This was one of the worst nights stay we had, even for £34 I don’t recommend staying here. Location wise, it wasn’t bad if you drive. Cleanliness was something to be desired. The place stunk, really fowl like sweaty socks. Beds were noisy as hell, doors very squeaky, paint coming off the wall, dirt on the walls, shower filthy, bathroom stunk, holes in the floor boards, the list goes on. Oh not to mention the pigeons, how the hell can you expect guests to sleep with that!? The icing on the cake, we stayed one night, we came back after the theme park and there were three police standing in the living room 😂 we share r divulge what we heard. Do with that information what you will. All in all, one of the worst places we have EVER stayed I don’t care if it was 10p! Never again! And they have family rooms, disgusting! Stay well away if I was you! That your warning!

Unable to contact staff during the few hours i stayed. The bathroom had an alarming amount of mold. I left the hotel hours after checking in, unable to make a complaint on account t of a lack of staff.

Did not actually stay here but transferred to property across the road. Room key did not work. T.V. and WIFI did not work , no hot water in shared shower, however although advertised as private bathroom. Tea making facilities advertised but no milk, no plug in sink, not able to close window. Seemed to be largely used as a DHSS type accommodation property - less than budget hotel and left after mutual agreement the following morning after evening arrival. Should not be advertised as holiday accommodation.
