“We didn’t stay! As the hotel decided to cancel the evening before the Coldplay concert due to weather! What absolute rubbish. So disappointed and would never consider staying there again. Even paid upfront and booked months in advance. If I had have cancelled within 24 hours I would have been charged! “The rooms are spotlessly clean and very comfortable, everything you need for a restful stay. The staff are really helpful and friendly from check in to check out. The food is all cooked to order with a good choice on the menu. Would definitely return when in the area.”

“There is a multistorey car park across the road which in July 26 was £9.50 for up to 24 hours. Maybe could have got parking much cheaper by moving the car to the street after 6pm and again at 8:30am back to the multistorey but didn't want to mess about. Breakfast across the road at the Italian was superb! As is their coffee.
