The place was perfect location for what I needed for one night. The shower could have been better as the shower head was not working as well as it should. So had to dance round to get some water. Busy road outside with the minster bells going meant it could be noisy. I would recommend if your looking for a short stay only 😀

The budget inn is just that. A bed and bathroom at a very reasonable price. I got the room with a dou ke and 2 x singles and an en suite bathroom. Paid 70 for 1 nigjt and I cant grumble. If you are visiting on a budget or just looking to crash for the nigjt. I would recommend this inn.

Just came back after a 2-night stay. The place was easy enough to find and we didn’t struggle for parking either, location is great. However, as it is self check-in there isn’t anyone around. Everything is done via text messages and code locks. The first room we were given hadn’t been cleaned at all after the previous guests had left. I let the person at the other end of the text messages know, and we were “upgraded” to another room (slightly larger and had a bathtub instead of a shower). This one had been cleaned, but as soon as we opened the door we were hit by a very strong cigarette smell (which somehow was even stronger in the bathroom). We mentioned it to the owner (didn’t really complain about it, just wanted to make them aware so we wouldn’t be blamed for it), but they didn’t seem too bothered at all (“sure, thank you” was the reply). The room itself was ok though very outdated, and the whole place really lacks any kind of care. Our bathtub wasn’t draining properly and the toilet was making very loud, long noises randomly, even when not used. All in all, didn’t want to kick up a fuss as it was only for 2 nights, but there is a big difference between “budget” accommodation and blatant carelessness.

Im basing my review on the fact I knew what I was getting and its a 2 star rating. The money I paid as opposed to the other hotels will obviously mean its dated and not luxury etc. The instructions were clear and helpful so no access issues. Parking no issues. Four poster bed in the room which I slept well on, pillows were a bit lumpy. Fridge and kettle which is great. Loved the sunken bath, what a treat to enjoy a bubble bath and there is a separate shower. It was clean and tidy and perfect for an affordable stay in Beverley and I will be returning

Great price and Location.

For the price I cannot complain at all. The building is lovely but very tired. Location is very central and fantastic views of Beverly Minster. Room could be a little warmer but beds seemed clean and were comfortable.

Beverley budget inn

Stayed here before. Its a good cheap option located next-door to the minster. Only problem we had was a leaking valve on the radiator resulting in a damp patch on the carpet. We will stay here again.

Stayed one night. Room was basic but ok. Beds was average, but we had a good nights sleep. Check in was very easy. Good comms from Harry. Location is ok and not too far from everything. The Inn is very close to a beautiful Minster. The market in Beverly is very good.

Overall, the stay was reasonable at a reasonable price. Some attention to cleaning under the beds or other furniture would have improved to stay and also there was visible dust on doors. The location of this hotel is fantastic right next to the minister and town centre.

Large house with plenty of rooms but apart from the odd door closing the only other noise was from the Minster hourly bells . We were in room 5 with a nice view over the park. Only negative was the bed was not comfy. But all in all a reasonable stay.

It is a budget inn so dont expect all the bells and whistles of a Travelodge. This is the second time I have stopped, so that says something. Room was clean, had TV and coffe/tea making facilities. I will stay again.

When we arrived i had to ring message to receive a code so we could get in no staff on site we also had to ask about parking and git a parking permit but it was ok The roim was quite big enough beds for all of us it was clean had en suite and drink facilities a small fridge and toaster We inly needed it for one night would recommend it if you dont want something over expensive

Checking into the property was an excellent service. The room itself was relatively clean. Apart from switches and cables not looking as if they had been wiped. The bed was also very unsteady, feeling it was going to collapse at anytime. Also some screws that were at the end of the bed to hold the bed together were sticking out and we were worried we would catch our feet on them.

Third time stay

I really enjoyed my stay in Room 12 as I s easy access for a disabled person Previously I’ve stayed in two other rooms in the property and only downside is other guests abusing a lovely period property. As mentioned the property is a period one across from the wonderful Beverley Minster church and the town of Beverley is like York in miniature but without the mass tourism. Nice stay easy access but unfortunately other guests who can be antisocial with noise at 3 am in the morning

Very good property, clean, everything supplied such as tea/coffee, microwave, ironing board, tv. Good sized bathroom, small gripe that the door didn’t close which wouldn’t suit all. Apart from that, excellent. Very clean. Good communication from owners. Easy check-in. Good value for money. Good location, only a few minutes from town centre. Would recommend.
