The bad is down to the room that you are allocated; having stayed a couple of times, some rooms are more pleasant than others in terms of décor, comfort, cleanliness and maintenance. “I could not gain access to the hotel. Also the phone number given by Hotels.com to contact the hotel did not work. Also hotel.com are refusing me a refund despite me arriving and being unable to gain entry.”

“Unfortunately after paying for a last minute room in this lovely looking apartment, the host refused to send confirmation of the account for the deposit and then told me it was too late to send the deposit and cancelled my booking stating that the room was non-refundable and had refused to refund me. I am sure that the place is lively as described, but be warned about the hosts being able to cancel last minute and then refuse a refund. ”
