This is the first time I ever stayed in this hotel.Most of the budget friendly hotels I have ever stayed in were very disappointing but this one exceeded my expectations.On arriving, straight away the staff were polite and very efficient. The rooms were simple but clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was quite good. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again the next time I am in Birmingham.

Great stay , room was spotless bed was comfy only downfall was a car alarm going off every two mins from 2am -6am so didn’t sleep but that was nothing to do with hotel , the breakfast was really nice , no negatives about this hotel at all , will be staying again for sure. Staff was pleasant just a really good stay overall

Room was nice overall, and the staff friendly. The only drawback was that since the room faced the prevailing winds, it was chilly at times on the 6th floor. When I had a shower, the wash gel was empty. I mentioned this to staff on check-out and I’m sure that the gel will be refilled.
