Review comments are real - one end of the building has bar/smoker noise, the other has the kitchen exhaust, the front has street noise. “Lovely, quiet clean room and shared facilities with onsite parking. Easy to access public transport if needed and close to local shops, hospital and university. Thank you for the lovely stay.”

“Great”

“Awesome view, right in the middle of surfers paradise. 2 minute walk to the mall. Clean room, comfy beds”

“The room stank like cigarette smoke, the linen on the beds smelt even worse. Table and bench tops were unclean from previous user. Otherwise it was comfortable and convenient, staff were friendly. Just glad I only stayed 1 night.”

“Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Property was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend.”

“Friendly staff, clean room. Free parking was great. Close to everything but far enough away from all of the noise.”
