“No wi-fi at all could not no use it wasn't working wich was really annoying. We try to sign in many time and didn't work. The room was smaller than we saw on the website. Very hard to find the place. Sorry about that . Thank you”

“Great little family get away x”

“What a cracking pub. What more do you want from a place to stay than have a legendary boozer right below you. The land lady was very friendly and polite, rooms were basic but clean and perfect for my needs. They do a cracking pint downstairs too. Staying again next week for work it was that good and the prices resonable.”

“The best place to stay in Scunthorpe. Offers easy access and is very clean.”

“We were a bit disappointed this time, as the boiler was not working. The bathroom floor was dirty, lamp shades to. The cooker was greasy and the flames were yellow. We didn't get any shower gel or shampoo . By from that we had a lovely "getting sunburnt”

“Avoid this place! Rooms were dirty there was mould all over the bathroom couple of weed smokers were in other rooms and it smelled disgusting we didn’t even spend more than 20 minutes there and they didn’t give a refund. ”

“The hut was amazing & laid our really well. Unfortunately the cleanliness was not up to my standards. There was a squished fly on the coffee table & it required dusting considerably. The bathroom was clean though. We didn't see a member of staff the whole time we were there (2 days) & to contact anyone was difficult too. The hot tub was very nice, but for the money paid I would expect a daily refill of wood. We had to buy quite a bit more to use it. Lastly, they have a carpark for all cars....

“Quiet location in a well kept grounds. All staff appeared friendly and electric car charger available was a bonus. Was disappointed with Hot tub as had to buy additional wood at £10 a bag which was not stated. Also uncomfortably warm at night. They did provide a fan but no air con, we did travel during the Summer heatwave and was really difficult to sleep. Shower also had a unpleasant smell. Overall we had a great time in a good location close to multiple nearby beaches.”

“Everything was perfect, except for the fact Hotels.com didn’t provide me neither with a gate code nor with key box code,I had to ask another person staying in a lodge there to give me a number where I can call to find out all this info. Other than that it was a nice stay,Lodge 14 is very big and clean, hot tub was nice and warm, everything clean inside. Lodge has everything you need for a nice stay. We will definetly come again.”

“Property generally needs refurbishing, good cleaning and repairs. Its tired and very basic in contrast to adjoining pub. You pay for what you get. Suited for an overnight stay for a wedding but no longer. No service as such....but clean towels, fridge and kettle. Take your own milk and plan breakfast locally..10 minute drive to Retford. ”

“Excellent stay”

“I booked this particular travel lodge as it was close to Sundown Adventureland but whilst already at Sundown, a friend had a look on google maps to see if there was anywhere to eat, during that time they informed me it was a truck stop, which had I known, being a single female with my young daughter, I would not have chose to stay here. Upon arrival, the exterior was extremely unkept, there was smashed glass in the car park from a car window which made me feel uncomfortable, the grass area we...
