Convenient place to stay if travelling in the area, you WILL need a car. Rooms are clean and bed was comfortable. The hotel does have a tiny bar in reception but nothing else. There is a restaurant (burgers, ribs etc) across the car park and also a petrol station with small convenience store. It is on a very busy main road, so traffic noise is an issue.

Quite the experience when it comes to hotels. Seems stuck in a time warp 20 years ago. Room was clean, bed was OK and the shower was good. Location next to the Lincoln bypass for a quick getaway was probably its most redeeming feature.

Clean room . Old fashioned Motel . Nobody’s in the bar and food stopped at 9pm . Got there late on Friday after work so had no dinner. Looked good free parking . Got to the room banging average . Glad I only stayed one night at £60 Bea cause it is not worth any more . On a motorway away out the road of Lincoln town centre . 5 miles away. Limited dining once restaurant had shut . Functional for a nights sleep.
