“Very well appointed hotel, friendly staff, free car parking abd only a stones throw from Peasholme Park and the North Bay. Stayed here 3 times now and will definitely be returning.”

“I visited here for 3 night with my grandson. The location, views, cleanliness, bedroom were excellent. Only criticism i have is that I'm 68 and our room was on the very top floor. Not the fault of anyone. I would live to stay here again.”

“The room was lovely and very comfortable. I had some difficulty with the stairs both in the accommodation and in the outer building because of my mobility, so I would warn others of the steepness of the stairs. Everything was very clean and well presented, plenty of continental breakfast choices, tea and coffee etc. This would only have been improved by a more practical washing up facility than the bathroom sink. Having said that though, the bathroom was spotlessly clean.”

“A clean and tidy well managed guest house, that offered us a pet friendly option. Location (for us) excellent, situated on the quieter side of Scarborough but with easy access to walks along cliff top promenade and gardens together with reasonably near access to main town area. Check in was easy and parking fairly easy to access with option to purchase permit. Security and access of the building was fine. The room was very pleasant clean and tidy with perfectly adequate bathroom and good storage...

“Room was clean and presentable room smelled nice an fresh when we came back after our day out staff were friendly Valerie was a good host lovely breakfasts each day and great parking at the back well secured loved it”

“Enough bedding for the depths of winter and a comfortable bed big enough for us two. An unspoilt Victorian house. Very good breakfast. Plenty of parking, very handy for Pickering & NYMR. We would re visit.”

“The flat was great. Facilities plenty for a long weekend or a short stay. Stairs an issue. I think that was more to do with the site when booking as I asked for ground floor. There is no ground floor accommodation. Brian and his wife were very kind and very good and I will visit again.”
