“Amazing little paradise, thou attached to a petrol station but I cant fault it.would recommend”

“Struggled to find it at first but it was a lovely room, enjoyed being able to use the TV. Had 2 fans which was needed. When arrived back at the hotel late at night there was no room in the car park but a member of staff moved their car for us to be able to park. Only downside which staff cannot control it is very loud, right next to pubs. Banging all night and fire alarm randomly went off at 1am which gave us a bit of a fright.”

“The Good, the Bad and then there is the lack of sleep… The good included the pleasant and friendly welcome and the service from the hotel's team throughout, plus the comfortable bed, the large TV and good Wi-Fi. The bad is down to the room that you are allocated; having stayed a couple of times, some rooms are more pleasant than others in terms of décor, comfort, cleanliness and maintenance. “Very nice, ample and light room with a double bed, a proper desk, kitchenette and table. Much nicer and spacious than a hotel room. Bed was not the most comfortable but ok for a couple of nights. 10 minutes walking away from Rugby's pedestrian area. Can be a bit noisy from the road, but not worse than other hotels I've stayed in Rugby. Only issue was that email with access instructions went to Spam as it didn't come from hotels.com, but once I called I got the access codes in a couple of...

“I could not gain access to the hotel. Also the phone number given by Hotels.com to contact the hotel did not work. Also hotel.com are refusing me a refund despite me arriving and being unable to gain entry.”

“I felt unsafe staying here as a lone female traveller and would not recommend it to anyone travelling alone - the only think that made me feel better was barricading the door with the chair in the room as the lock was loose ”
