“STAY WELL CLEAR! DIRTY, UNSAFE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The place smelt damp the minute you walk in the door, there were marks on the sheets, the towels weren’t clean. The water out of the tap was black. Even the bathroom light was hanging from the ceiling. The room looked like it hadn’t seen a Hoover since the 80’s. There was just grime in every corner. “Property is not well maintained. Beds are in very poor condition .Lots of stains on the side of bed .Carpet is dirty .Tiolet was not clean properly .only one tiolet roll available even didnt ask for after .Family of four and one tiolet roll .Bed sheets very thin and old but smell fresh .Most disappointed is kettle very bad rusty from inside and cups are same stains inside.i didn't use even how can someone make tea in this kettle ,atleast kettle and cups should be clean these are basic hygiene...
