I have stayed at this location on and off for over 20 years and I can say the new renovations tremendously improve the rooms and the overall location is generally accessible to many things you want to do in Guam. Tumon has the touristy spots while you are stoned throw from KMart, the mall, and a good steakhouse downstairs. Overall I recommend the location and the price is very reasonable for the room cleanliness and amenities. Only set back was that they didn’t provide any...

“check in was quick and easy. staff was very courteous.”

“There’s NO breakfast included. Expedia should remove that filter. But so many groceries store & Donki near by to buy food. Very convenient to go to the airport too. Totally recommended for some convenience. Also near the beach but have to walk about 30 mins.”
