NIKKO HOTEL has great customer service, the room rate was very reasonable for the amenities in the premiere rate. The room did not smell of mold. The staff was very polite and and welcoming breakfast was vegetarian friendly and delicious. Oceanside is beautiful

My review unfortunately comes from arriving right after the island being hit with 2 super typhoons so it may not be fair. It was mid July so it was muggy, checkin desk was indoor outdoor setting so it was hot and muggy. Rooms smelled musty, carpeting was worn out but then of course the view was incredible! Wasn’t impressed with the buffet with the price. It is walkable to the beautiful beaches Gun beach. You can walk to the main Tumon area for eating and shopping but it’s still a bit of a walk.

The hotel was beautiful even if a bit rundown especially the hallway carpets. The staff was good and friendly. The WiFi was not good very weak and they do have smart TVs but not connected to the internet and your unable to use your Roku or iTV to stream shows. Also disappointed no room service. The beach was beautiful and the pool was good. Location was good very short walk to the shops and restaurants. Because of the WiFi would not stay again. I can recommend Lotte Hotel they had good WiFi in the lobby when visiting it.

Overall, the place is nice and pretty. All of the rooms have an ocean view, which was the best part. The room itself was okay. Carpets were stained, maybe they’re in the process of replacing the carpets because we saw new ones in the hallway. The beds are a little firm for me. Also had the premium lounge access, which was nice. However, the main foods come out at certain times, so please ask the employee of when is the best time to get food. The pool was nice, but a little crowded. A lot of people stayed at this resort, so be prepared. The deepest part of the pool is 5’6 ft. Also, since there was a lot of people, seats are limited, but we were able to sit at the bar area, which was okay. I think it was a good experience and a nice hotel for the sunrise/sunset view. The room was spacious, had really good amenities like Hermes products, and free drinks. I would book again with this place.

The service was great during our stay. We enjoyed the pool very much since there was a separate pool that was just for children! The food was great in the 2 restaurants we ate at. All of them do close at 2 and reopen at 6.

I am a Guam resident who "staycations" for leisure. I have stayed at several hotels on the San Vitores/Tumon strip. Hotel Nikko is the best accomodation for price, cleanliness, convenience and hospitality. Thats why I return.
