States guest services which emptied bin and gave new towels after asking didn’t replace the mugs or re-supply tea or coffee through my 2 week stay.”

When we arrived the fridge was not turned on so we could not refrigerate anything for several hours, the doors were left closed so when opened the fridge smelled awful & very unhygienic.
