“The toilet didn't work on arrival, however, the staff member at reception managed to fix it. The heating didn't work. The bedside light didn't work, there were cobwebs, the old single glazed windows wouldn't shut properly and were in disrepair, the drive and car park was full of deep pot holes. I chose it over a Travelodge because I like to support the smaller, private companies, however, I wouldn't stay there again.”

“The property wasn’t ready when we arrived for 3pm, eventually ready at 5pm. When we arrived the fridge was not turned on so we could not refrigerate anything for several hours, the doors were left closed so when opened the fridge smelled awful & very unhygienic. Cutlery & utensils were rusty & in very poor condition. All the beds were broken in some way & extremely uncomfortable, no decent nights sleep were had by the 6 of us. 1 room had a burnt out extension lead. Dark coloured futon with...
