“Stayed here for one night on my way down from Edinburgh to London. The hotel is pet friendly. There is £15 charge, not sure if it’s per night or once time charge. The view from the bar is nice. HOWEVER, the lower level rooms (twin rooms) smells terrible. It smells damp. I had to ask to be moved to another room. Even the “upgrade” standard double room smelled damp. “Guys we are in the middle of a heat wave I said it’s appresive in the room came back after work the next day still no fan in the room Don’t stay here if there is a heat warning - also didn’t help having the maintenance team scrapping banging under my room after the first night.
