“This is a really neat property, but unfortunately we were really disappointed due to nearly all the amenity we booked for was closed. Make sure you check what will actually be available your dates before booking! We were excited about the pool, gym, cafe with good pricing and the play area for the kids. After booking, we got the welcome message stating to book in with reception for 1 hour gym sessions. They also let us know the pool was closed during school holidays. We were bummed about the...

“Nice property in the western suburbs of Sydney. Located close to a shopping center with dining options. Thankfully a more experienced staff member intervened and offered me a bottle of water to help me through my workout. The only other thing is they charge $14 for parking in...

“Unfortunately, a catalogue of errors turned a straightforward overnight stay into an extremely stressful experience.
I booked specifically because I was working back-to-back 14-hour shifts and needed to avoid a three-hour round trip home. I arrived at 10pm, collected my key as instructed and was allocated Room 218.
After 20 minutes searching different floors and hotel maps, I couldn’t find it. The out-of-hours number provided didn’t work. When I eventually reached an after-hours staff member...
