They helped us with some spa towels and recommended a few places to eat that were in the area. If you're ok with taking public transit, it was conveniently located next to a bus stop that went into the downtown area

Staff is GREAT. the room we had faced a very busy street and we could not hear any traffic noise including an ambulance with sirens on. Very clear. My only down side is the hot tub is hard to climb out of.

The room is sparkling clean and neat. The breakfast is healthy but simple. There’s a free parking space which is nice. The only problem we had is that we arrived around 9:30pm, the front door was locked and we had to communicate with the staff through intercom. We have to give many of our personal information through loud speaker, and it was quite uncomfortable. Other than that it was a nice stay.
