“Amazing place to stay. First time staying in a B&B having favoured hotel stays in the past and what a nice change in made.
From the warm and friendly welcome and throughout the 3 day stay everything met or exceeded our expectations.
The room (Burley) at the top of the house was amazing with a roll top bath in the room, the most comfortable of bed and just the ambiance of the house made the experience even better.
Breakfast was lovely and the hosts were super friendly too.”

“An amazing hotel, we stayed here for the second part of our mini-moon to the Lake District. The hotel is stunning, amazing views overlooking the lake. The staff are lovely, welcoming and helpful, special shout out to Noel on the gate, gave us a lovely welcome.
The spa/pool is stunning, a great place to lounge around and spend the day if its raining and the bar attached to the spa made it all the better
The in house restaurant Mizumi was great, all the food was inventive and tasty! The hot tub...

“Great location if you’re coming and going by train. Ask for a room “not” facing the street - mine did and even with ear plugs the traffic noise was quite loud. (Doesn’t help old school single pane windows which I suppose is common there.) Shower was also weak and stain on duvet cover was, even though small, gross.
That said, location, staff and breakfast (included) were great.”
