“Very dated rooms & uncomfortable beds no air conditioning or fan. Breakfast only available 8.30 -9 am even though the information card in the room states 8.30-9.30, was told this is only at weekends? So why doesn’t information card state this? Two of us went for breakfast after 9 and was refused. Chef was only able to make a bacon sandwich. Coffee was thick and gloopy and undrinkable . “Clean spacious room, very comfortable bed”

“Immaculate room and very spacious with comfy big arm chairs. Bathroom was spotless too and shower lovely and roomy. Breakfast and dinners were delicious!! The pancakes came with loads of yummy bacon and plenty maple syrup! The fish and chips were plentiful, steak pie was hearty and filling! Will be back!”

“These comments are not for publication but rather for Expedia to consider how they rate the Inn. When we arrived at 8.30pm the Car Park was full, so it was a surprise that no-one was in pub. We never saw another guest during our stay. It felt that the business was struggling. A bit too quiet. Staff were ok. Room facilities were ok including a very comfortable large bed.
