Great customer service from Tracey and her team. Dinner was excellent with attentive service at s reasonable price.
Accommodation very comfortable and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again!
Ample parking, easy to find. Rooms are separate to the pub. Large bedroom and bathroom. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. Great breakfast served in the pub - delicious fresh fruit, pastries, meats, cheeses, fruit juice. Toast cooked to order. Hot breakfast available at an extra charge. Friendly staff, all really helpful. A great find.
Really nice country inn, peaceful, great dining and bar, staff really friendly and attentive

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The restaurant meal was excellent and the staff very obliging when we arrived later than expected.
We stayed two nights during the week. The room was spacious and comfortable. We had to ask for two lightbulbs to replace dead ones and there was only one set of towels for the two of us. There was a hand wash, but no body wash or shampoo for the shower, which tends to be expected these days. A minimalist breakfast was delivered in a bag to the room the evening before, the contents of which didn’t really justify the term continental breakfast. Whilst appreciating the expense of hiring a chef to cook breakfast for a few midweek guests may not be viable, with a bit more imagination a cold buffet breakfast as per Premier Inn type could be provided to justify the bed and breakfast promise.
In summary, we enjoyed our stay in a good location and pleasant setting, but a bit more attention to detail would have been appreciated. As is, the bed and breakfast stay does not offer good value for money.
Staff were amazing and food was brilliant, real old school pub food and great value.
Room was spacious and comfortable. Only slight niggle is that shower was an electric one and whilst hot enough it was not very powerful. Anyway, I'm returning so that hasn't put me off
Lovely and well done out with all you need, great communication from the host. Easy to find, parking right outside the door. Well equipped rooms and friendly staff in the pub with nice food. Breakfast was a Harvest Festival in a paper bag - a nice croissant, butter, apple, cereal bar and an orange juice. Will definitely use again.
