“Just had a wonderful stay at The Pheasant, Holt, Norfolk. The hotel was very comfortable, lovely bedrooms and equally lovely seating areas downstairs. We were out and about most of the time, as one would expect to be on a short vacation however, the ambience and comfort when at the hotel was simply wonderful. As for the staff:-just beautiful and helpful- each and every staff member is. They simply made our stay. Thank you and hope to visit again soon. Kay Bhandal.”

“My room was on the ground floor right next to the entrance and a lounge which I think was for the staff. It was very noisy! The tv was on and someone was talking loudly on their phone - I needed an early night as I wasn’t feeling well. That didn’t happen. As a woman travelling alone I was not comfortable with a ground floor room close to the entrance - I would have liked to open the window, but did not feel secure enough. The room was very nice and there was a good breakfast selection. I’m not...
