“Lovely B&B would have been nice to have Breakfast included in the room rate. Room lovely, comfy bed a great pillows. Lovely Roast. We will definitely return !”

“Great menu - dinner and breakfast excellent- room very clean and well equipped- would definitely recommend”

“Really helpful staff, and room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. After breakfast we were offered the bill when we explained our reservation included breakfast. It would seem this is an ongoing issue as staff explained they don’t include it but are struggling with Expedia to remove. The owner though didn’t charge us, and although a little awkward to have had the conversation both staff and owner were very lovely in getting it resolved. I would return, but the position on the...

“A great place to take a break along the way, enjoy the restaurant and its great staff, and really close to the city of Oxford.”

“Great location although parking restricted to road”

“Extremely disappointing stay and nowhere near the standard expected for a superior room. We had booked a twin room but were initially given a double. When we were eventually moved to the twin room we had actually booked, the condition of it was unacceptable. “Room was lovely and spacious. Only downside was the bed was uncomfortable , the mattress was quite hard and the pillows were way too soft to have a good sleep . Location was great to get to the farmers dog (10 mins in a taxi)”

“Bien ubicado, muy agradable la atención con un muy buen desayuno. Para recomendar”

As you enter the hotel, the carpet on the stairs is filthy and the corridor smells. The room itself was clean enough but no side table and poor quality mattress and pillows. So...

“The hotel was in a lovely old building, our room was clean, tidy & a good size. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Our dinner last night and breakfast was very good. We'd recommend it.”

“Historic building, very well located. The room was cozy and with a beautifull view to the river”

“Lovely area , lovely property, lovely people just a shame the place wasn’t clean ,”
