Liked how Oulton Broad North railway station was walkable, and how room 11 has a parking space - if hard to find and quite tight. The place was good value. Not so good: There was a stained grey rug in the living area that needs replacing. We didn’t have a tea towel or oven gloves until we asked. There was no bath mat - and not enough hooks to hang towels on.”

“From the outside the property had old style appeal and parking which was a positive however when taken to our room this was at the back of the property and you had to pass washing hanging online, a laundry shed and general toot and tat. “Lovely big bathroom , very comfortable bed. Parking wasn’t a problem at all as parking right outside on the street .”

“Very characterful and unique - little bits of history all over the place, and nice big sitting rooms to relax in.”

“Great family room with separate bunk beds for the children. Brilliant breakfast and canapes and staff were great. Only downside was the hot water wasnt working very well so had coldish showers.”

“Excellent staff committed to ensuring that the Cliff Hotel is one of the best three star hotels. Consistently good over a number of visits I have made.”

“Ideal for what I needed, arriving in the dark was tricky as there was no light over the access door. Good value for money”

“Service throughout stay was very good, check in quick and with no issues. Room spacious and had all the amenities required. Breakfast and restaurant meals very good with great selection for both.”
